Standard Cancellation Tier

For cancellations initiated by the traveler, the following fee structure applies:

30+ days: 10% of total tour cost (Admin fee).
15-29 days: 25% of total tour cost.
07-14 days: 50% of total tour cost.

Last-Minute & No-Show

Given the remote nature of destinations, costs within 7 days are non-recoverable:

Less than 7 days: 100% cancellation charge applies.
No-show: If you fail to arrive at the airport/hotel, no refund will be issued.

Natural & Political Factors

In cases of road closures, curated event cancellations, or security advisories:

Rescheduling: We offer alternate dates within a 6-month window without extra service fees.
Credit Notes: Issued for the recoverable portion of your booking for future use.

Peak Season Exceptions

During Tulip Season (April) or Christmas/New Year holidays:

Hotel deposits are often 100% non-refundable at the time of booking.
