Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved by our management team, the following timelines apply:

Processing: Initiated within 48-72 business hours.
Arrival: Credits appear in your account within 7-10 working days.
Note: Timelines for international cards may vary based on bank protocols.

Refund Method

Refunds are strictly processed via the original payment source to maintain transparency:

UPI/Net-Banking: Direct back to the source account.
Credit Card: Reversed to the card balance.
Cash payments: Refunded via bank transfer only.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain components of your booking are exempt from refunds:

Bank transaction/gateway processing charges.
Government taxes (GST) once the invoice is generated.
Premium site-seeing permits (e.g., specific forest or security passes).

Medical Emergencies

For refunds requested on medical grounds during the trip:

Valid medical certificates from recognized local/national hospitals are required.
Only the recoverable portion (unconsumed transport/meals) will be refunded.
